The required documents for obtaining industrial chambers certificates directed to the commercial registration
● Sole Proprietorship:
Valid national ID card of the concerned person / Power of attorney in case of an agent, along with the agent’s ID
Request specifying the type of procedure required
● Under Establishment:
Tax data document or tax card (optional)
Ownership deed – notarized lease contract (Real Estate Registry or Court)
● (In case of capital amendment):
Recent commercial register extract
● (In case of activity, trade name, or trade mark amendment):
Recent commercial register extract
Tax data document with the updated information (activity, trade name, or trade mark)
● (Address amendment):
Recent commercial register extract
Tax data document with the updated address
Ownership deed for the new address
● (In case of adding a branch):
Recent commercial register extract
Tax data document with the added branch and its activity, along with the branch ownership deed
● Removal from the commercial register:
Recent commercial register extract
Letter from the tax authority confirming cessation of activity
Valid national ID of the concerned person, or power of attorney in case of an agent along with the agent’s ID. Ensure the document contains the words “erasure” or “cancellation” (commercial register erasure)
● Partnerships (General Partnership – Limited Partnership):
Valid national ID cards of the partners, or power of attorney in case of an agent along with the agent’s ID, and copies of partners’ ID cards
Request specifying the type of procedure required
● Establishment:
Company contract notarized (Real Estate Registry or Court)
Tax data document or tax card (optional)
Ownership deed (optional)
● Amendment:
Company contract with the requested amendment registered according to the company’s main contract
